How an Executive Recruitment search works with SAY HIRED!, in four steps.
Agreement and terms: the contract will be signed to commence the project, and no recruitment fee will be charged until the selected candidate starts working with the client.
We will coordinate the recruitment process in collaboration with the client's HR team throughout the selection process, up until the candidate successfully starts employment.
We will begin sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates based on the required experience and job specifications, ensuring they meet the client's expectations — continuing the process until a suitable candidate is confirmed.
Once the candidate starts working with the client's company, the service fee payment period will begin, and we will continue to provide follow-up support throughout the guarantee period.
